Luciano D’Amico was born in Torricella Peligna, in 1960, and lives in Teramo, Italy.

Professor of Business Administration since 2000, he was dean of the Faculty of Communication Sciences from 2010 to 2012.

He is director general of the University of Teramo Foundation.

He is President of the Superior Institute of Musical Studies “Gaetano Braga”.

He has held numerous institutional responsibilities at the University of Teramo and the University “G. D’Annunzio” of Chieti and Pescara.

He has conducted various research projects, from an institutional point of view, on issues of corporate economy, management control, of the history of accounting and Accounting, thus securing the publication of several articles and monographies.
